Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using BlueprintBank, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What BlueprintBank provides

BlueprintBank provides tools to help certification content creators organize exam blueprints and create original, reviewable, exam-style practice question drafts for training and authoring workflows.

BlueprintBank is not a student test-delivery platform. It does not provide live exams, proctoring, or learner testing features.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• keep your login credentials secure;
• use the service lawfully;
• provide only content you have the right to use, including blueprint text and source material;
• review AI-generated output before using it in your materials.

User Content, AI Output, and Ownership

You keep ownership of the content you provide to BlueprintBank, including project information, blueprint text, edits, and other materials you add to your account.

As between you and BlueprintBank, you own the questions, explanations, answer choices, edits, and exported question banks generated for your account through the service, to the extent permitted by law. BlueprintBank does not take ownership of your source content or customer question banks.

BlueprintBank owns the BlueprintBank service, software, interface, workflows, templates, prompts, export formatting, branding, and platform technology.

You give BlueprintBank permission to host, store, process, display, generate, export, troubleshoot, secure, and support your content and generated output as needed to provide the service. This includes organizing blueprints, generating question drafts, saving and displaying your projects, creating exports, troubleshooting issues, maintaining security, and providing support.

BlueprintBank may use aggregated or de-identified usage information to understand and improve the service. BlueprintBank will not use your private project content or customer question banks to create question banks for other users.

AI-generated content should be treated as draft content. You are responsible for reviewing generated questions, explanations, answer choices, and exports for accuracy, originality, suitability, and compliance before using, publishing, selling, or distributing them.

Generated output may not be unique. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users, especially when users provide similar source material or request similar question types.

BlueprintBank does not provide official exam questions and does not guarantee that generated content is vendor-approved, exam-accurate, error-free, unique, copyrightable, or non-infringing. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to use the materials you provide and that your use of BlueprintBank outputs complies with applicable laws, third-party rights, certification vendor rules, and exam policies.

AI-generated content

Questions and related content generated by BlueprintBank are drafts intended to speed up your workflow. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before use.

BlueprintBank does not guarantee that generated questions are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific exam, course, or certification program. Generated content is not official exam content.

No official vendor affiliation

BlueprintBank is an independent tool for content creators. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, BlueprintBank questions and outputs are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by any certification vendor or exam provider.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Access to paid plan features depends on your current subscription status and successful payment processing.

Plan changes, downgrades, and cancellations follow the billing flows available in the app, including the Billing page and Stripe Customer Portal where applicable.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@blueprintbank.app for billing questions.

Acceptable use

You may not use BlueprintBank to:

• abuse, disrupt, or overload the service;
• scrape or reverse engineer the app without permission;
• use the service for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, billing controls, or security measures.

Service availability

BlueprintBank may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. Features may be added, modified, or removed as the product evolves.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

BlueprintBank is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BlueprintBank disclaims warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BlueprintBank is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
