AI processing

Blueprint and project content, including question-related text, may be sent to OpenAI to organize blueprints and generate question drafts. Do not include sensitive personal information in content you submit for AI processing unless you are comfortable with that content being processed for this purpose.

Payments

Payment details are processed by Stripe. BlueprintBank does not store full credit or debit card numbers. Stripe handles payment information according to its own security and privacy practices.

Data retention

Your project and question-bank content generally remains in your account while your account is active. If you need help with data removal or account-related requests, contact support and we will review your request according to our current support process.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information handled by the service. No online service can guarantee perfect security, and you should also protect your login credentials.
